CHICOPEE, Mass. (Mass Appeal) – The Springfield Puerto Rican Parade Committee is teaming up with the National Puerto Rican Day Parade to offer college scholarships. Jade Rivera-McFarlin told us about the scholarship requirements.

SPRINGFIELD- Licensed Zumba Fitness instructor and owner of Exercise In Disguise Jade Rivera -McFarlin, will be offering regular  Zumba Fitness classes at The Bing Arts Center in Springfield.

To celebrate Puerto Rican culture and get ready for the parade, we learned how to make Hibarito Burgers. Parade Spokesperson Jade Rivera-McFarlin and 2016 Parade Grand Marshall Vanessa Pabon Hernandez showed us how to make the burgers, and told us more about this year’s parade.
